WORLD OCEAN CARGO IBERICA, S.L. which has been carrying out its Freight Forwarding activity since 1999, offering our customers "door-to-door" services, has assumed its commitment to implement Quality Management as a management and work model.

WORLD OCEAN CARGO IBERICA S.L. is a consolidated company in the sector, forming part of three agent networks (C5C), (SFN) and (ALNA) that allows us to be present in more than 100 countries.

We carry out an analysis of the environment and key processes in order to agree on appropriate improvement actions based on the results obtained and the established objectives.

Our level of service is constantly adapted to the requirements and demands of our clients, incorporating all those elements that we consider necessary so that each client is satisfied when they entrust their merchandise to us.

We promote communication with all interested porties in order to meet their needs and expectations. The commitment to QUALITY and the use of computer tools place our Company in an advantageous position for better operations and attention to our customer network.

Likewise, we must comply with the current legal and regulatory requirements of clients. We always take into account the processes, procedures and specifications of the company and those required by the client, as well as risk management in order to address measures to
