Land transport of goods
Land transport of goods
Its advantages include being ideal for short and medium distances, door-to-door deliveries and flexible hours.
Before contracting any transport, we must request the following from land transport companies: transport authorisation, third-party liability insurance and cargo insurance.
A consignment note/CMR (for international transport) must be issued. A consignment note is a commercial and transport document that certifies the existence of a goods transport contract. It serves as written proof between the shipper (who sends the goods) and the carrier (who transports them) and contains the basic details of the shipment.
