Protection of hosted information
World Ocean Cargo Ibérica, S.L. performs backups of the content stored on its servers; however, it is not responsible for any accidental data loss or deletion by users. Likewise, it does not guarantee the complete restoration of data deleted by users, as such data may have been deleted and/or modified during the period since the last backup.
The services offered, except for specific backup services, do not include the restoration of content stored in backups performed by World Ocean Cargo Ibérica, S.L., when this loss is attributable to the user; in this case, a fee will be determined based on the complexity and volume of the recovery, always subject to the user's acceptance.
The restoration of deleted data is only included in the service price when the loss of content is due to causes attributable to World Ocean Cargo Ibérica, S.L.
Commercial communications
In application of the LSSI, World Ocean Cargo Ibérica, S.L. will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or other equivalent electronic means unless previously requested or expressly authorized by the recipients.
